RETURNS POLICY -

We hope you love your IBIZAKISSES items, but if for any reason you would like to make a return please send your order back and ensure that the return reaches our office within 14 days of receipt.
We are within rights to refuse any returns, if your return is refused for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for your return to be sent back to you as we will not cover this under any circumstances.

TO RETURN:

Please submit a contact us form below with your name, order number and concern regarding your order and specify if you would like an exchange or store credit note.

Returns are covered by the customer, we recommend using a signed for tracked service and to keep hold of your postage as we are not responsible if your parcel is lost on the way back to us and no refund will be given without the item being recieved back to the HQ.

Please take care when trying on your items on as we will only accept items that:

-Are unused/worn

-In the same perfect condition you recieved

-Must have all tags attached & in original packaging

-No makeup/fake tan/deodorant marks or any staining

-No odours, heavily fragranced and no washing smell

(If we believe any of your items have been returned washed, worn, stained etc it will be refused instantly. All returns are heavily checked by at least two people.)

Once the order has been received back to us, we will contact you to confirm refund/credit note information. Please allow time for us to process your returns, especially when it is busy! Working days are weekdays and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Refunds are not permitted unless your item is faulty.

We are an exchange/credit note only policy.

All bespoke/custom made items & swimwear and jewellery can not be returned.

SALE ITEMS AND MYSTERY BOXES OR BUNDLES ARE NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE

NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

All shipping fees for returns, exchanges and credit note orders are to be paid by the customer.

Are shipping fees returned back once a return is made?

We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the error was mad eon our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please do contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

I returned my parcel late- what are my options?

Customers will be contacted to make payment for return postage of the parcel. This will be sent out when the payment has been made and will be delivered back to you on the desired signed for method.

Faulty items

If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item we can replace this for you or provide an exchange/credit note/refund(does not apply for pre-orders) but if the item has been worn and without tags, we are not responsible for any faults occurred after under any circumstances as this is no longer a manufacturer fault.If you believe you have received a new faulty item, please email us with photos and we can investigate and help!

WE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE INPUTTED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND YOUR PARCEL IS SENT THERE! WE CAN ONLY SEND TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED SO NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.

If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for new postage to be sent out again and provide the correct address. We are not responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly addressed and we will not be liable to paying for your postage if your address was inputted wrong by you. 

For international customers please bare in mind your parcels may receive customs and duties charges, this is variable for specific countries and we are not responsible or required by law to pay for your customs charges.
